活性炭生產線采用最環保的物理法制備工藝，將椰殼、果殼、木材等原料先炭化，經破碎篩選至一定粒度后進入活化爐?；罨?，經振動篩、除砂機分離砂石，鐵釘等雜質，再經機械破碎篩選成所需粒度的成品活性炭。Activated carbon production line adopts the most environmentally friendly physical preparation technology that firstly carbonizes raw materials like coconut and fruit shell, and then crushes them into a certain particle size sieve into the activation furnace. After activation, the material passes through a vibrating screen and a sand separator that separates impurities such as gravel and nails, and then is mechanically crushed and screened into finished activated carbon of the desired particle size.
